OPEC Nations Agree to Stabilize Oil Prices, End Price War

OPEC nations, including Russia, have agreed to boost oil prices by cutting production by as much as 10 million barrels a day. The United States and other nations have already discussed cuts, and the U.S. will compensate Mexico for what that nation cannot add to the proposed cuts.
