Saudi Court Sentences Five to Death fro Khashoggi Murder

A Saudi Arabian court has sentenced five men to death for murdering journalist Jamal Khashoggi. The journalist was killed last year while visiting the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. The court sentenced three other men to a total of 24-years in prison for their roles in the murder. Eight of the eleven on trial were convicted. Three senior figures, including Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s former top adviser, Saud al-Qahtani, were acquitted. Reported by The Guardian. Read more…
