Security Cabinet Withholds Palestinian Taxes Over Stipends to Terrorists’ Families

Israel’s security cabinet has voted to deduct $43 million from Palestinian tax revenues for stipends paid by the Palestinian Authority to the families of terrorists who perpetrate attacks against Israel.
