U.S. to Withdraw More Troops from the Middle East; Trump Awards Medal of Honor to Army Sgt. Major

Trump praised Payne as “one of the bravest men anywhere in the world.” Payne’s exploits included running back into a collapsing building to ensure all the hostages were out.
